Robert Sweeney

Robert Sweeney has been an active participant in the commercial real estate community for the past ten years as a broker in Utah and Wyoming. Prior to joining Forza, Robert was an Asset Manager for Pennbridge Capital, a small real estate boutique focusing on the purchase of institutional quality real estate for its accredited investors. Preceding Pennbridge Capital Robert spent six years working for Newmark within three different divisions. During his tenure at Newmark, Robert was Assistant Controller working on accounts payable, receivable, and monthly financial statements. After being promoted to property management, Robert managed over a million square feet of retail, office, and industrial real estate. Robert was then pleased to join one of Newmark’s top brokerage teams. As an Account Manager, he assisted clients with acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations throughout the country. Robert’s diverse real estate background and understanding of commercial properties make him a valuable member of the team.
