Olivia Moss

Olivia Moss is a Project Coordinator, where she supports projects throughout the development process by coordinating with clients, consultants, and various teams to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Management and brings a strong background in commercial real estate, project coordination, research, and client support. Prior to joining Forza, Olivia worked in commercial real estate in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she coordinated client deliverables, conducted market and property research, developed marketing materials, and supported multiple projects and transactions simultaneously. Her attention to detail, organization, and ability to coordinate across teams allow her to effectively support projects through each stage of the development process. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
