Nicole Rosson

Nicole brings 15 years of property management experience with a history of successfully managing a mix of industrial, retail, and office property types. She currently serves as a Senior Property Manager overseeing roughly 730,000 sf of retail properties throughout Salt Lake, Davis, and Weber Counties. Nicole specializes in building long-lasting relationships with her clients and tenants. She works with a variety of ownership groups from local and mid-size clients to larger intuitions. She has a strong focus in facilities management, tenant retention, controlled expense reduction and aesthetic enhancement. She provides exceptional service and value for an increasingly complex portfolio. Her organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills have facilitated her portfolio’s success. Outside of her work, she enjoys car shows, reading, fishing and taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors that Utah has to offer!
